OUR STORY

Newton Hall Equitation Ltd is a family-run business, owned by Mark Rush and Mette Kanne-Behrendsen alongside Mark's parents, Sue and Peter.

Mark grew up locally in Ipswich, while Mette is originally from Denmark. Mette, a keen horsewoman, oversees the Riding School and and is passionate about all aspects of equestrianism. Mark’s focus is the cooperate side of the business and future development plans.

Since purchasing Newton Hall in September 2017, Mark and Mette have lived next door in their beautiful 1433 farm house with their dog Loke and are always on hand day or night.

Newton Hall Equitation Ltd is a premier Equestrian Centre in Suffolk, with great facilities including a large indoor arena.

Our aim is to provide all visitors to our centre with a fulfilling and enjoyable equestrian experience tailored to their needs.
